Brad Moss, the manager and lead duck guide at Slick’s Hunting Club, began guiding at the club when he was just 15 years old, bringing over 40 years of expertise to his role. Since taking over as manager in 2008, Brad has been responsible for overseeing the property year-round, maintaining the duck holes, farming rest areas, and carefully managing water levels to ensure  the club’s flooded timber remains a prime hunting destination for years to come. Outside of his work, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake, cheering on Razorback football, and traveling. He is married to his wife, Lindsay, and they have a son, Myles.

Joe James, a Tennessee native and lifelong outdoorsman, began guiding at Slick’s in 2022. With a passion for the outdoors, Joe brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the field. He is also an accomplished retriever trainer, with multiple accolades in dog trials, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the sport. In his free time, Joe enjoys training his retrievers and participating in competitive trials. He is married to his wife, Sarah, and together they share a love for the outdoors.

Johnny “Boo” Mahfouz has been a renowned duck hunting guide since 1970 and is a prominent figure in the duck calling community of Stuttgart, Arkansas. With a deep-rooted passion for the sport, Boo won the prestigious World Championship Duck Calling Contest in 1988 and the Champion of Champions title in 1990. He won the Senior World Championship title in 2014 and again in 2015. Boo has shared his knowledge for decades, teaching duck calling lessons in the Stuttgart area. He began guiding at Slick's in 2006, where his expertise continues to shine. As one of the most experienced guides at Stuttgart Hunting Club, Boo is a true authority in his field. Outside of hunting, he enjoys golfing with his wife, Donna, and making the most of their time together.
